1. Eligibility:

1.1. The promotion is available to customers who charter the Omikron OT-60  Yacht between 1 March 2025 and 31 December 2025.

1.2. To qualify for the promotion, the customer must sign a valid charter agreement with Olympic Marine S.A., for the Omikron OT-60 Yacht and complete the full payment for the charter fee.

1.3. The customer must purchase a new Omikron OT-60 or OT-80 Yacht within one (1) year from the date of completing their charter to be eligible for the discount.

2. Promotion Details:

2.1. Customers who qualify for the promotion will receive a deduction of the total charter fee paid for the Omikron OT-60 or OT-80 Yacht from the purchase price of the new Omikron OT-60 or OT-80 Yacht, provided the purchase is made within one (1) year from the end date of their charter.

2.2. The amount of the charter fee deduction will be limited to the total value of the charter fee paid for the Omikron OT-60, excluding any additional charges, fees, or upgrades (including but not limited to any charges related to fuel, crew, insurance, or taxes).

2.3. The promotion is only applicable to the purchase of a new Omikron OT-60 or OT-80 Yacht and cannot be applied to any other models or pre-owned yachts.

3. Purchase Requirements:

3.1. The customer must sign a purchase agreement for a new Omikron OT-60 or OT-80 Yacht within one (1) year of completing their charter. The charter must be fully completed (i.e., all payments made and services rendered) for the promotion to be applicable.

3.2. The customer must not have canceled the charter or failed to complete the terms of the charter agreement to qualify for the promotion.

4. Charter Fee Deductions:

4.1. The charter fee deduction will be applied to the purchase price of the Omikron OT-60 or OT-80 Yacht at the time of signing the purchase agreement.

4.2. If the customer decides to withdraw from the yacht purchase agreement, the applied deduction cannot be refunded or transferred.

5. Non-Transferability:

5.1. This promotion is non-transferable. The charter agreement and yacht purchase must be completed by the same individual or entity, except where the purchase is conducted by a related corporate entity as approved by McD Yachts or Olympic Marine S.A.5.2. The charter fee deduction cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or applied to any other purchase or service.

6. Additional Terms:

6.1. The promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts unless expressly stated by McD Yachts or Olympic Marine S.A.

6.2. The customer must pay for the charter in full prior to the commencement of the charter period. Any cancellations or changes to the charter agreement will be subject to Olympic Marine’s standard cancellation and refund policies.

7. Taxes and Fees:

7.1. The customer is responsible for all taxes, duties, and fees associated with the charter and the purchase of the Omikron OT-60 or OT-80 Yacht, including but not limited to local taxes, VAT, registration fees, and other associated costs.

7.2. McD Yachts or Olympic Marine will provide the necessary documentation for tax and registration purposes where required.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

8.1. By participating in this promotion, the customer agrees that McD Yachts may collect and store personal data for the purpose of administering the promotion.

8.2. All customer information will be handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and McD Yachts' privacy policy.

8.3. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, MCD Yachts (including its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies), excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where attributable to any of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under MCD Yachts’  control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any variation in the prize; (d) any tax liability incurred by a claimant or entrant; or (e) use of a prize.

8.4. As a condition of participating in the promotion, the entrants indemnify MCD Yachts, all organisers, sponsors and all other persons and organisations associated in any way with the promotion against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees on a solicitor and client basis) which an entrant may incur arising out of their participation in the promotion howsoever caused.

8.5. If an entrant cannot accept the prize for any reason, that prize will be void and no compensation will be payable.

8.6. McD Yachts will not share or sell customer data to third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.

9. General Terms:

9.1. By participating in this promotion, the customer agrees to abide by all terms and conditions listed here and any applicable laws and regulations.

9.2. This promotion is governed by the laws of Greece.
